We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product once an order is placed.

Damaged or Wrong Product – Replacement Only

In rare cases where you receive:

1. A damaged product, or

2. An incorrect item

we offer a replacement of the same product after proper verification.

To request a replacement, you must:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos and a mandatory unboxing video as proof.
3. Ensure the product is unused and the packaging is intact.

If the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
